1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking a coaching session, or using any services provided by STROP DE RAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or book any services.

2. Service Description (Important)

STROP DE RAI provides relationship coaching and personal development services, including 1-on-1 online sessions, group programs, and educational content.

Cosmin Onofrei is a coach, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.

Coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Coaching is intended for personal development, emotional awareness, and relationship improvement.

It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book coaching services.

By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Booking, Cancellation & Attendance

• All sessions must be booked in advance via the official booking system (Calendly)
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may be charged in full
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and considered delivered

6. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely via Revolut.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

7. Refund Policy (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services purchased online.

However, by booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• If the session is fully delivered, you lose your right of withdrawal for that service
• If you request a session to start within the 14-day period, you explicitly consent to immediate performance of the service
• Once performance begins or is completed, the service becomes non-refundable

8. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may only be broken in the following cases:

• Risk of harm to yourself or others
• Legal obligations or court orders
• Safeguarding requirements under applicable law

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and branding provided through STROP DE RAI are owned by Cosmin Onofrei.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching results vary depending on individual circumstances, effort, and engagement.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STROP DE RAI and Cosmin Onofrei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or coaching services.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to events outside our control, including illness, technical failures, or emergencies.

In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled where possible.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at contact@cosminonofrei.com to seek an amicable resolution.

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and STROP DE RAI regarding the use of this website and services.

16. Clarity in Love App

The Clarity in Love mobile application is governed by separate Terms available at:
