4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information during sessions
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Respect the coaching process and your coach
• Take responsibility for implementing suggested strategies

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.

All information shared during coaching sessions with STROP DE RAI is confidential. We do not share personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

STROP DE RAI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. You acknowledge that the coaching process is a collaborative effort and outcomes depend on your engagement and implementation.

All materials, content, and resources provided by STROP DE RAI are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which STROP DE RAI operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
